Ready to open 20 new stores, Papyrus needed to produce an existing fixture program cost effectively. We shipped the fixtures knocked down from China, assembled and blanket-wrapped them domestically, worked with general contractors to get fixtures installed on time, and warehoused remaining fixtures for future store openings. The results: A better-built program produced for 20 percent less. |
